Housing
Undergraduate Students generally live on-campus. Move-in day is January 23, 2010.
For 2009-2010, rates are as follows per semester*
- Regular room: $2,774.50 (meal plan required)
- Room w. kitchen: $2,891.75

After you have been accepted, your directory ID and password will be emailed to you, and you will be able to request housing online.
Exchange students must sign an agreement to request housing:
- Leonardtown
- South Hill
- Dorchester Hall - Global Communities* (Living-Learning Program)

Graduate students are required to find housing off-campus on their own.
Meal plans
Students who choose a regular room on campus without kitchen are required to purchase a meal plan. The standard plan for 2009-2010 costs $1,966.00.
