Housing

Undergraduate Students generally live on-campus. 

For information on the cost of housing and dining plans available please visit the Department of Residence Life website.

After you have been accepted, your directory ID and password will be emailed to you, and you will be able to request housing online.

Exchange students must complete housing forms and sign an agreement to request housing.  Below are the residence communities available to undergraduate exchange students:

  • Leonardtown
  • South Hill
  • Dorchester Hall - Global Communities* (Living-Learning Program)

Graduate students are required to find housing off-campus on their own.

Meal plans

Students who choose a regular room on campus without kitchen are required to purchase a meal plan.
