Application Process
To be considered for admission to a graduate program
- Apply online at The Graduate School
- After your completed application, application fee, and required documents have been submitted, the academic department will request the International Education Services office to evaluate your transcripts.
- Some graduate programs require additional information such as a portfolio or other supplementary materials.
- It is important that applicants contact the graduate program to which they are applying for information concerning additional admission requirements.
- Once a student has been accepted to the University of Maryland College Park, he or she may begin to prepare for their arrival to the university by going to the Resource Guide.
